What you’ll do
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
[max 5]:
3+ years working experience in Hyperion Technical Support and administration.
Sound knowledge in Hyperion installation, configuration and troubleshooting activities in a distributed environment.
Sound Knowledge on EPM issue troubleshooting, performance tuning and patching activities.
Sound Knowledge on EPM infrastructure administration activities.
Fair knowledge on windows scripting, PowerShell scripting, batch scheduler.
Sound knowledge on L2 support activities including incident management, change management, and Problem investigation.
Hyperion Shared Services, Provisioning & Life Cycle Management.
Very good written and verbal communication skill
Who you are
