Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on experience in building solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, along with strong proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about automating business processes and deliver-ing data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Can-vas and Model-driven).
• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate (Flow).
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI; apply DAX and M Query where needed.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based automation using VBA and Macros.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira, and other data sources.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with governance policies.
• Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users.

Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Strong command of Excel VBA and Macros for automation.
• Good understanding of DAX and M Query for Power BI development.
• Experience with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-300).
• Experience with Power Virtual Agents or AI Builder.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to governance and security best practices in Power Platform.
• Experience with REST APIs and custom connectors.
