Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum – 4-6 v years’ experience

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
Dynatrace Admin(Appmon), UNIX
Cloud Services Knowledge.
Ticketing Tool
Knowledge of BMC Remedy
Roles and Responsibilities
Good general knowledge of functional and technical of the Dynatrace tool (Appmon, Dynatrace managed and Unix.
Performance Management: Performing daily monitoring properly.
Providing reporting with real information about the availability of the Tools and the monitored applications.
Corrective Maintenance: Being able to detect failures even without alarms. Resolution of technical Incident (severities 2,3,and 4).
Capacity Management: Being able to detect possible issues due to capability failures and taking the proper preventive actions.
Resolve issues / incidents on time and meeting the agreed SLAs and reporting
Should have worked on telecom domain and supporting monitoring tools.
Successful launch of the service including operational readiness.
Interfacing with multiple teams i.e. Development / Support / Deployment
Incident management, Escalation & Resolution
Open to work in Shifts
Experience in Supporting European Env.
