About this Role
We are seeking a Leadership Hiring Recruiter with strong technical expertise in telecom billing systems and operational support. This role is based across all VOIS global locations and reports to the Global Leadership Hiring Lead. The individual will be responsible for managing application operations, incident handling, and bill cycle activities, with a focus on continuous improvement and technical solutioning. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts, including night shifts, and demands hands-on experience with Unix, SQL, PL/SQL, and Kenan billing systems.
What you will do
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for application operations
- Handle incidents and manage billing cycle activities
- Execute and monitor change requests and support activities
- Apply expertise in Kenan billing systems
- Work flexibly across shifts, including night shifts
- Utilise Unix, SQL, PL/SQL for operational tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain SLA and KPI standards
- Provide technical solutions to operational challenges
Who you are
- Experienced professional with 5+ years in telecom operations
- Proficient in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL
- Knowledgeable in Kenan billing systems and L2 operations
- Familiar with Python and Unix-based environments
- Solution-oriented with clear communication and open-minded approach
- Able to think critically and apply judgement in operational scenarios
- Committed to maintaining service excellence and stability
