Job Role Related Content (Role specific)
•Previous experience with IOS Patching, configuration management, end of life (EOL) management and vulnerability management on customer NTE/CPE across WAN and LAN infrastructure.
•Support in developing and implementing Method of Procedures (MOP’s) and feedback to Technical authorities.
•Contributing to the Customer Services and wider business objectives to improve: technical delivery performance, Service reliability and Service quality.
•Take part in LWI and process reviews as key implementation colleagues to allow continuous improvements to be identified and automated.
•Understand and prioritise workload and proactively drive tasks through to completion.
•Ensure you maintain up to date knowledge with current practices, procedures and products to maintain operational goals.
