About this Role

To plan and deliver cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions aligned with the overall IT strategy and global standards. The role ensures that solutions are supportable, operable, and scalable to meet business growth. The individual will work within GDC Delivery teams during project development stages to provide delivery support and guidance, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process.

You thrive in international and distributed team environments and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. You possess excellent communication and coordination skills and are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.

What you will do

  • Manage workload within the Project Delivery and Build team, ensuring project tracking tools are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Initiate and manage project delivery in line with Project Delivery Management guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Provide technical implementation management in GDC Data Centres, including hardware/software procurement and installation coordination.
  • Ensure configuration data is accurately implemented in the configuration management database and change control processes are followed.
  • Support Service Delivery objectives through full project management of complex internal deliveries using PRINCE2 framework.
  • Gain Operational QA approval and ensure alignment with GDC Operations Unit standards.
  • Review and improve VT-IS processes related to Project Delivery Management, ensuring rollout across GDC teams.

What skills you need

  • Strong IT delivery management experience, particularly in infrastructure implementation.
  • Proven coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices and IT/Data Centre process standards.
  • Experience in IT service provisioning within the telecommunications industry.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work across international teams.
  • Strong project management skills (PRINCE2 certification preferred).
