Job Role Related Content (Role specific)

  • Minimum 5 - 7 yrs work experience within Telecom OSS & BSS Domain (Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing & Reporting).
  • Expertise in different OSS/BSS IT Tools like CRM, Amdocs, ODO/SOM, Kenan, Remedy / Service Now, COVE, Cramer, Kibana, Grafana, Pager duty, Reporting tools like JIRA/confluence
  • Expertise of end to end telecom products customer journey, Operational Processes like Lead to Contract, Contract to Order, Order to Cash, Trouble to Resolve, Request to Change.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Closely work with project stakeholders to understand the scope of the project and ensure the test deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Along with basic testing requirement:
  • Oversee and govern test deliverables for assigned project - Manage and enforce Entry & Exit criteria
  • Oversee and manage designing and maintenance of test plan, test scenarios, test data using various tools i.e. Confluence, JIRA, Excel, Word etc.
  • Producing test management deliverables like Test Strategy, Detailed Test Plan, Test Completion report.
  • Testing methodology and Defect management expertise to drive triage calls.
  • Provide comprehensive status reports (Daily, Weekly), escalate issues and problems demanding management attention and resolution.
  • Active participation in agile ceremonies like Objectives & Capacity planning, Daily stand up and Retrospective meeting.
