Role Purpose
UAM (User Access Management) Operational Support role
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the team and ensure execution and delivery of services
- Support implementation of automated reporting for UAM managed services
- Provide periodic/on-demand reports to measure KPI & SLA, and overview of UAM activities
- Engage the team with regular knowledge sharing on latest updates and techniques
- Manage individual tasks, communicate progress to leadership, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Responsible for queue monitoring, task assignment, quality monitoring, and escalation management
- Handle user requests, validation, reviews, and coordinate with customers/support teams
- Act as subject matter expert for continuous improvement methodologies in business processes
- Create and maintain tool-related documents, user guides, and prepare various reports
- Take end-to-end ownership to ensure access requests are implemented within SLA
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT Operations/User Access Management
- ITIL knowledge
- UAM overview
Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications
- 4+ years in IT Operations/User Access Management
- ITIL overview
- Knowledge of reporting tools: Power BI, Advanced Excel, Splunk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
