About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Camunda Application Support Developer to join our Technology team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with over 4 years of experience in supporting Java Spring Boot applications, particularly within cloud environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, proactive monitoring, and operational excellence, while collaborating closely with development teams to ensure application reliability and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Resolve incidents and ensure timely responses aligned with SLA commitments.
  • Monitor application health and proactively address system events.
  • Collaborate with development teams during refinement sessions and UAT phases.
  • Analyse system performance and implement best practices for operational excellence.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation including Standard Operating Procedures.

Who you are

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in application support for Java Spring Boot applications.
  • Proficient in AWS cloud services and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
  • Skilled in managing production incidents and problem tickets.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Familiar with debugging and monitoring tools such as OTEL, Grafana, and distributed logging systems.
  • Understanding of BPMN and case management for process-related issue analysis.
  • Experience in validating deployment pipelines and basic AWS security monitoring.
  • Desirable: scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go), Unix familiarity, and exposure to log aggregation tools (Loki, ELK, Splunk).
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering.
