Job Description
Role purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect,to lead the triage and technical analysis of Service Catalogue requests for our B2B client delivery. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate classification of requests such as either Small Work Orders (SWO) or Scope of Work (SoW), followed by the creation of High-Level Designs (HLDs) with effort estimations and milestone-based delivery plans.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in an Architect role.
•Proven experience in service catalogue management and technical solutioning.
•Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and cloud technologies.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore).

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Architect will work closely with different Clients and offshore delivery teams, ensuring compliance with SLAs and avoiding penalties due to delays or inaccuracies.
•Service Catalogue Management-Triage incoming service catalogue requests. Classify requests as SWO. Ensure accurate and timely submission of SWO/SoW documentation within SLA timelines. Technical Analysis & Design- Perform deep technical analysis of each request. Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) with detailed effort estimations. Develop milestone-based delivery plans aligned with client expectations. Stakeholder Collaboration-Liaise with client teams, and offshore delivery units. Participate in technical discussions, workshops, and reviews. Ensure alignment of solutions with client architecture and compliance standards. Governance & Compliance- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all requests. Ensure adherence to SLA commitments to avoid penalties. Support governance reviews and reporting.
