Job Description
Lead 24×7×365 operations for Fixednet applications ensuring stability, performance, and SLA adherence. Drive transformation initiatives like migrations, automation, and Ops readiness.
Manage risk, compliance, and audit preparedness across AO-managed platforms.
Build team capabilities through upskilling, certifications, and ownership transitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent AO in strategic forums.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive monitoring and continuous service improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• 24*7*365 operations management of 35 legacy and cloud-based applications
• Risk Management & Compliance: Implementing security protocols and ensuring adherence to industry regulations
• Leading IT managers, providing training, and ensuring high performance
• Streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
• Vulnerability analysis management
• Strong service delivery management
• Maintaining service levels customer satisfaction and performance metrics

5. Expertise technical and functional knowledge of Contact center solution applications like Titan, AskEMpolis and API HUB
6. Expertise technical and functional knowledge of Document and order management applications like OneDMS, OPM
