What you’ll do
Excellent power point , MS Visio & excel analytical skillsMust be able to identify & raise the risk to senior teams , sometime needs to challenge decision made by senior teamsForward planning, engagement with wider project & programs creation of presentationsPlanning, meeting preparation , meeting documentation, meeting chairing, risk identification, exception handlingProblem ownership, escalation management, problem solving ability, coaching, trainings, briefing to supporting teams for planning supportresponsible for handling the application & DevOps Team to make them deliver the services on time and will manage both IT operations and developers.responsible to manage release Management lifecycle that involves the stages such as scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deployment of release as per the schedulerelease management tools such as remedy, JIRA, SharePoint to manage the revenue for the release.Ability to perform the root cause analysis on defects reaching to production & drive the process improvementOverall, you will be concerned with planning, testing, tracking, release, deployment, communication, and risk management
