Skils Required

  • 7 – 10+ years of software analysis/design/development/engineering experience on CRM applications.
  • Know-how and experience on software architecture, design and development technologies such as;
    • SIEBEL IP 2015/2019/2022, Open UI
    • PL-SQL, Oracle
    • Algorithms, OOPS
    • Web Service, SOAP, REST,
    • XML, J-Son
    • HTML, CSS
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of technical analysis and design patterns
  • Broad knowledge of software technology and development processes, particularly Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development, disciplined agile delivery and lean development

Role Purpose

  • As a Siebel L3 Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Siebel production tickets
  • You will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Your expertise in Siebel configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization will be crucial for quick resolution of tickets
  • To make development on Oracle SIEBEL aligned with design and best practices
  • Prepare SIEBEL packages for deployments.
  • To support related parties for Oracle SIEBEL based issues.
