Job Requirement:

Mandatory Skills:

1. Good knowledge and experience of troubleshooting issues (Own the issues, troubleshoot market issue and derive them to solutions).
2. Service architecture – Should possess excellent knowledge on it, its request/data flow/Architecture, how things are interconnected?, Good
knowledge on new technologies/tools of market.
3. KEYWORDS : ITIL, Analytical Skills, Rest APIS, Confluence, Splunk, Azure (in particular Azure "application insight") ,Splunk & Reporting, Communication, Problem Management, AWS, MongoDB, Cloud, DevOps, Agile & SCRUM,, Architecture familiarity, Scripting, Docker and Kubernetes

 

Good to have skills:

1. Understanding of alternative solutions for our products
2. Good technical understanding of the technologies used to
build our products and services
3. Excellent knowledge in cloud services and architecture dependencies
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

➢Oversee end to end project delivery process across multiple markets
➢ Accountable for market requirement, new implementation and release of latest version for project.
➢ Interface with Local Market stakeholders to review demand & design tailored solution
➢ Accountable for Critical & Long Running Problems in the Production environment align wi
➢ Contribute/review LLD from design perspective and work closely with Lead Developer
➢ Initiate Service Improvements based on identified Problems, (customer) insights from the collected data
➢ Monitor Customer issue and requirement of through available teams' channels to identify improvement opportunities
➢ Technical trouble-shooter, derive problems to solutions/work around to minimize the service impact.
