Roles and Responsibilities
Role Purpose:
As a Product Owner in the Systems Team at VOIS, you will be instrumental in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge systems and solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and develop acceptance criteria.
• Lead the development team in planning, executing, and delivering high-quality products and features.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with the System Architect Infra and the solution designer for cloud implementation, helping to carve out roadmaps and milestones.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and any changes made to the cloud environment.
• Effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud concepts and experience in handling cloud teams.
• Proven experience in migrating On-Prem environments to cloud platforms.
• Working experience to manage teams working with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and fundamental knowledge of at least one of these cloud platforms.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with pipeline structure of deployments.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with PEGA systems and AWS Cloud Operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile application development.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
