About this Role

In this role, you will be responsible for performing Incident, Service, Problem, and Change management for the service. You will build, implement, upgrade, and support new and existing infrastructure applications. You will conduct impact assessments to prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure. Additionally, you will manage Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned, and prevention processes to provide high-standard deliverables that meet SLA (Service Level Adherence) and ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction). You will provide 24/7 technical support, gathering all the required information from the customer or monitoring systems to solve all end-to-end service incidents. You will contribute to Year-on-Year Major Incident reduction in the Network by 30%. You will work in compliance with the operational agreements and fulfil the key performance indicators of the service (speed, response time, error rate). You will strive for ongoing service enhancements while designing and implementing automation logic within the service.

Who are you

You are an individual with excellent working knowledge of L7 protocols like HTTP/HTTPS, Diameter, SS7, etc. You have excellent knowledge of Installation, Commissioning, and integration of applications with Linux OS in Cloud Environment along with Administration and troubleshooting of UNIX Operating System (Linux/Solaris). You possess excellent working knowledge in SQL/MySQL and are proficient in utilizing network tracing tools, including Wireshark, with extensive hands-on experience. You have good analytical and log debugging skills (scripting knowledge is a value added). You are familiar with load balancing firewalls, network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HA Proxy, etc. You have experience with virtualization technologies, such as Citrix, VMware, and Network DevOps Tools. You possess automation expertise, particularly with Shell scripting and Python programming. You are skilled in creating and compiling presentations and reports with precision and attention to detail using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
