Key Skills


•Overall 5 + years of experience of administrating fault, inventory management tools like InfoVista, Cramer, Netcool etc.
•Good understanding of cloud & devops technologies like AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, Messagebus.
•Experience of working on probe rules, impact policies, event list creation, infovista cockpit management
•In-depth understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and system administration. Strong understanding of snmp, syslog etc.
•Good troubleshooting inventory management systems & database

Job Role

•System Management: Execute operation and maintenance of Infovista, Cramer, Netcool, and web applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
•Incident Management: Troubleshoot incidents related to these systems & communicate to stakeholders
•Monitoring & Reporting: Manage monitoring tools to track system performance and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
•Collaboration: Work closely with team members to understand priorities, open system issues and implement documented solutions.
•Documentation: contribute in preparing comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
•Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to avoid time consuming operational activities, work with senior to find solutions & implement it.
•Compliance: Perform periodic maintenance procedure & report system issues to senior lead
