About this Role
We are seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to support the operational activities of OSS (Operations Support Systems) applications within the telecom domain. This role is based in Pune and focuses on managing cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring service availability, and driving incident resolution. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation tools, with a collaborative mindset to manage stakeholders and critical troubleshooting scenarios.
What you will do
- Provide operational support for OSS applications in the telecom domain.
 - Ensure high availability of OSS services through proactive and reactive measures.
 - Resolve incidents effectively within defined SLAs.
 - Manage escalations and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
 - Prioritise tasks efficiently to manage business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
 - Lead critical troubleshooting calls and adopt a structured problem-solving approach.
 - Engage in stakeholder management to ensure smooth service delivery.
 
Who you are
- Possess 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS components such as EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, Route53, S3, and EFS.
 - Skilled in Kubernetes administration and CI/CD concepts.
 - Proficient in GitHub Actions, Ansible playbooks, and ArgoCD.
 - Familiarity with MongoDB, Python, and Terraform is advantageous.
 - Understanding of the telecom domain and application operations.
 - ITIL and AWS certifications are desirable.
 - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities.
 - Exhibit open-mindedness, clear communication, and solution-oriented thinking.
