About this Role
What you will do
- Maintain the availability and health of WIAM applications in production and pre-production environments, ensuring adherence to defined KPIs.
- Deliver releases and business enablement initiatives on schedule, collaborating with stakeholders.
- Identify and implement automation and service improvements to reduce manual effort and errors.
- Enhance incident and service request resolution times (MTTR).
- Manage cyber security SLAs, including vulnerability management and remediation.
- Ensure platforms are updated with the latest patches and maintain accurate asset inventories.
- Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and business-oriented KPI reporting.
- Participate actively in transformation activities and internal training initiatives.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address vulnerabilities and support deployment activities.
- Engage with senior leadership and cross-cultural teams to communicate technical and strategic issues.
Who you are
- Hold a degree in IT, engineering, or a related field, with at least 8–10 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Possess strong technical skills in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Java, WebLogic, SOAP, JSON, MVC architecture, Angular, and automation.
- Experienced in cloud technologies (OCI, Azure), and tools such as OIM, OSB, SOA, ODI, OHS, LDAP.
- Proficient in Unix & Shell Scripting, RDBMS, Kubernetes, Docker, Agile DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with ticketing tools (Remedy) and reporting.
- Exhibit excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work proactively with minimal guidance, and take accountability for decisions.
- Skilled in mentoring, team management, and performance management.
- Committed to continual improvement, innovation, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Comfortable working in shift patterns (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM) and in a virtual, multinational team environment.
