About this Role
What you will do
- Drive IT Service, Application, Infrastructure, and Operations transition and enablement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth and efficient transition of IT solutions to support teams, establishing service operating and support models.
- Assess and onboard cloud suppliers, manage supplier performance, and provide stakeholder reporting.
- Apply ITIL and IT Service Management best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Manage IT projects effectively, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Define and implement SLAs and KPIs for IT Operations teams to ensure service excellence.
Who you are
-
5–7 years of experience in Service Transition, Service Design, and Service Enablement.
- Strong expertise in IT Service Transition, Service Management, ITSM, and Service Design.
- Proficient in setting up SLAs/KPIs and support models for IT Operations.
- Hands-on experience in cloud IT service transition and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Incident Management processes is desirable.
