Roles And Responsibility
• A dynamic Salesforce lead developer / techno - functional with unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
• Responsible for solution designing, requirement gatherings and developing.
• Peer Reviewing User stories of Other Developers (TAs)
• Leading and developing critical and longtime pending User Stories with successful delivery in agile Methodology.
• Responsible for validating Feasibility Analysis along with Architects and deciding design and build days for the next sprint.
• Communicating with Business Analyst, Stakeholders for requirement refinement, and discussing with Solution Architect regarding technical implementations.
• Identification of the design gaps in the system and coordinating with BA for new User Story creation with detailed analysis.
• Supporting in Fixing Pre-Prod & Production Package Validation Issues.
• Supporting BAs with their Queries / Creating Mock UIs / Performing additional Analysis, so that they can Create / Update the User stories Before the US comes to us as Pending Estimation.
• Proficient in Salesforce development by creating and maintaining Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Asynchronous Apex.
• Streamlined code management processes and improved collaboration by utilizing Git, Jenkins and Good understanding in VS Code + Salesforce CLI Issues to resolve queries and issues.
• Mentoring GETs / New Joiners / Providing KT sessions.
• Involvement in gathering and analysis of business requirements and then effective participation in sprint planning/delivery to achieve the requirement.
