About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our WIAM Integration Factory team. Based in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad, this role focuses on the development and enhancement of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12c PS3 solutions. The individual will be responsible for designing and implementing custom connectors, schedulers, plugins, and workflows, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

What you will do

  • Develop custom adapters, process tasks, connectors, and schedulers within the OIM 12c PS3 environment.
  • Configure and implement event handlers, plugins, and email notification resolvers.
  • Collaborate with deployment and support teams to ensure smooth handovers and rollouts.
  • Engage in requirement gathering, design, and development for IDM platform integrations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of development packages aligned with defined standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes.
  • Coordinate with onsite stakeholders and internal teams to maintain alignment and efficiency.

Who you are

  • A graduate, preferably with an engineering background.
  • Proficient in OIM 12c PS3, with hands-on experience in developing plugins, event handlers, and custom connectors.
  • Skilled in Oracle Access Manager, Java/J2EE, Linux/Unix scripting, and WebLogic server.
  • Familiar with SOA composite deployments and basic Oracle DB/SQL queries.
  • A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and commitment to quality.
