About this Role
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules
- Design and customise Service Portals to maximise platform capabilities
- Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
- Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business logic and code
- Uphold quality assurance through best practices and security protocols
- Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance
- Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies
- Stay current with ServiceNow advancements and recommend platform improvements
Who you are
- A seasoned ServiceNow professional with at least 7 years of development and administration experience
- Proficient in Service Portal, client/server-side scripting (JavaScript), and integrations
- Experienced in agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Skilled in managing SCDL workflows and leading development teams
- An effective communicator with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Preferably certified with ServiceNow CSA and Micro certification in Service Portal
