About this Role

We are seeking a Manual Testing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in software testing, preferably within the telecommunications domain. The role involves working on API and application testing, utilising test management tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What you will do

  • Perform manual testing for applications and APIs to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Execute test cases and report defects using test management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with development and integration teams to resolve issues and improve quality.
  • Follow standard testing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain flexibility in work assignments and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.

Who you are

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in manual testing.
  • Background in telecommunications is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in API and application testing.
  • Proficient in test management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong understanding of basic testing processes and methodologies.
  • A collaborative team player with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
