What you’ll do

The Senior Demand Management Team Leader supervises others volume and quality of work relating to demand and portfolio management activities in line with the technology strategy aligning the market demands and financial and commercial plans. They ensure, through planning and analysis, the transformation of business demands from ideas into defined and agreed Network and/or IT deliverables. Typically reports to the Demand Manager.

Who you are

* Supports team in the implementation of strategic demand management decisions to ensure alignment between business strategy and Network/IT planning in support of business needs;

* Supervises a team who understand business requirements of users, including portfolio and lifecycle management of services, requirement capture, business rules and logic, financial and business-case constraints and alignment of delivery capabilities;

* Contributes to leading demand management activities including impact assessments, resource planning, stakeholder management and budget management;

* Delivers business analysis activities including requirements analysis, traceability matrix, process analysis, benefits validation, customer experience evaluation and user acceptance test verification;

* Delivers portfolio control activities including annual planning of forecasting, budget planning and control, prioritisation recommendations and sourcing recommendations;

* Contributes to the team working with solution architectures to ensure project feasibility and strategic alignment and working with project management to enable cross-functional working and effective management of resources;

* Owns solid relations with user experience to ensure business process alignments with the customer experience;

* Performs other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor or resulting from assigned agendas.
