Job Decription

Problem Ownership & Co-ordination with Delivery team – Single Point of Contact for all the problems affecting the services . Analyze root cause Along with Ops, identify Known Errors, coordinate actions to fix the errors; Provide relevant feedback to market team.

Communicate project status, updates and deliverable to stakeholders, Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues working closely with delivery team

Implement feedback loops and mechanisms for gathering business input from market, Delivery team and incorporating into future iteration of releases.

Leadership – Ability to drive collaboration of  cross-functional teams, ensuring end to end “service mentality“ through the entire Market chain.

Minimization of the operational efforts – Continuously search to avoid recurrent incidents by fixing the problem for market.

Excellent ability of synthesis: ability to deduct out of an anomaly a problem statement, an action plan and actors.

Knowledge of Remedy: or ticketing systems

Service architecture – Should possess excellent knowledge on it, its request/data flow, how things are interconnected?, Good knowledge on new technologies/tools in market.

Customer advocate – Continuously identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience (using the service, creating views/passive probes)

Analytics – Skilled in data analysis tools available, is able to look for issues from the reporting tools themselves, understand and suggest meaningful dashboards to reflect service quality for the various service stakeholders.

Business View – Continuously seek for optimization opportunities throughout the value chain (e.g. Process optimization, synergies with other propositions, technical optimization).
