Core abilities, knowledge, and experience

•Solution Design experience on OSS tools with OSS domain knowledge
•Good experience on Next Gen OSS and automations tools
•Experience working with Telco OSS systems (i.e. Amdocs Cramer)
•Experience working in a telecoms environment, specifically in Network Deployment, RAN or Network Operations (2G, 3G, 4G and 5G)
•Familiar working in an agile environment
•Experience with the different infrastructure setups, including VMware virtualization, Openstack structure and NFV setup
•Excellent communication, presentation, technical writing, coaching & leadership skills with excellent command of English
•Cross-functional and multi-cultural collaboration, Team worker

Roles and Responsibilities

•Assist all stakeholders and teams involved with eliminating blockers and overcoming obsticles in the delivery lifecycle
•Collaborating directly with Suppliers and Partners to deliver actions within the Tools & Interfaces team
•Provide progress reports back to the team manager, senior leaders for issues and incidents
•Contribute to DevOps backlog
•Document and provide technical guidelines and best practices to operations and development teams.
•Architect & provide solutions for business tools including high availability and disaster recovery 
•Evaluate and identify opportunities to apply new technology solutions or ways of working to existing or upcoming products & services and to integration with legacy systems
•Use your knowledge and expertise of the OSS tools utilised in our network to design and deployment of OSS tools to our stakeholders and customers with their requirements and support BAU activities.
•Assisting the team in delivering our regulatory obligations to Ofcom, our regulator in the UK. 
•Assist the team in UAT sign off for new & existing tools developments.
•Providing support for operational issues of the tools and escalations related to our Tools & Data utilised within Networks in the UK.
•Carrying out RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on data related issues escalated to the team
