Skills and Experience required

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and strong background in Siebel configuration and integration, with a proven track record of performance optimization and development in the telecommunications industry.
Core Technical Requirements:


Siebel Configuration & Integration
- Deep knowledge of Siebel configuration & integration, including workflows/scripting, and EAI.
- Hands-on experience with EIM processes for data import/export and transformation. Understand EIM concepts/logic
- Solid understanding of Siebel Open UI, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, and HTML for customizing and enhancing Siebel GUI. 
TELCO Industry Expertise
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is required, solid understanding of TELCO domain processes/flows
- experience with Siebel Order Management sub-areas/functionalities, including possibility to understand & create logic using RSTT engine
Performance Optimization
- Need to be able to review the processes from Siebel logs and suggest any possible Siebel performance improvements - in scripting, workflows, Open UI rendering, or at the database layer (e.g., SQL query optimization) in order to speed up the process or suggest any other improvements from process perspective
Database & Backend Development
- Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Ability to write, debug, and optimize PL/SQL code like DB migrations etc.
Other
- Experience with other technologies (JAVA, Jenkins & CICD pipelines, Linux, Python, …) or DevOps tools/OCI as advantage
- Experience with Siebel Upgrade/Update as advantage
Soft Skills & Collaboration
- Communicative and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional, international teams.
- Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work within Agile methodologies.
