Required Skills

  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in delivering ERP projects / programs in international environments
  • Proven track record as Project lead or ITDM/scrum master on at least 2+ full cycle SAP implementations covering all key aspects of IT 
  • (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment) in FIN/SCM domains
  • Preferred proficiency with project management tools viz. Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Microsoft Excel & Power point, with the ability to create custom reports & high quality presentations for project governance and tracking
  • Ability to host & lead meetings with internal & external customers both in person and remotely
  • Solid understanding of main SAP modules in FIN & SCM - Working experience in Solution Manager (SolMan) is a plus
  • Understanding of Delivery methodologies viz Agile, Waterfall, DevOps.

 

Business Domain experience

  • Ability to have an excellent understanding of the business content of the program through own experience
  • Good understanding to people impacts of business change and knowledge of change management objectives

 

Role Purpose

The role is located at VSSI (Vodafone Shared Services India), Pune, & is to lead deliveries across major & roadmap SAP projects implementation, and rollouts. This includes the overall delivery leadership, including excellence in Technology, People, Process, & Stakeholders management. The delivery manager will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery outcomes, on schedule, within scope, & cost.
