Job Responsibility

•Maintain executive stakeholder relationships ensuring the effective design and delivery of the IBP roadmap.
•Provide leadership and in-depth understanding of the solutions that support revenue and cost processes, harmonize business requirements through workshops, design, and testing activities (including test material preparation and test execution), training materials, deployment, data cleansing, data mapping, and any data migration activities in the respective domain.
•As part of demand-to-delivery cycle - ownership of the end-to-end demands/projects from requirements definition to business as usual.
•Provides subject matter expertise in all business-related activities and support the Implementation teams, Systems Integrators, Global Process Owners & Leads (GPO / GPL) and Share Service Organizations to deliver projects and programmes.

Must have good SAP IBP knowledge and hands-on experience.
Good understanding about the logistics processes and especially around planning (Demand planning, supply planning, S&OP…)
Must have good SAP SCM (Ariba/SRM/MM) hands-on experience.
Contrasted technical & Functional experience and Background in SAP working in E2E purchasing (direct/indirect), Inventory & Warehouse Movements.
Working either as a product owner/manager, consultant with exposure to business facing role.
Understand other SCM modules and its linkage with other SAP solution like S4HANA, MDG, EWM, Ariba.
Management consulting experience along with strong/quick learning & decision-making skills.
Good communicator across a broad range of stakeholders will be required.
Integrations knowledge with SAP & Non-SAP modules would be desirable.
