About this Role
What you will do
- Administer Kenan applications and manage all operational tasks related to the platform.
- Perform post-database refresh activities, including GDPR enablement and password updates on Unix servers.
- Repoint templates following non-core patch deployments and conduct basic sanity checks such as rating, invoicing, and account/service creation.
- Analyse logs and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Guide testers in executing test scenarios and ensure smooth patch deployment processes.
- Maintain familiarity with all Kenan deployment flavours and ensure system integrity.
Who you are
- Experienced in telecom billing systems, particularly Kenan architecture and administration.
- Proficient in UNIX, Oracle, SQL, and shell scripting.
- Skilled in using tools such as Putty, WinSCP/FileZilla, BMC Remedy, HP ALM, and Azure DevOps.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Able to collaborate effectively and support testing teams in scenario execution.
