Job Description

Looking for MDM(Mobile Device Management)/Microsoft InTune Admin for Pune Location(Hybrid working persona).

Essential: Minimum 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Intune in a production environment. Demonstrated expertise in Intune deployment, configuration, device enrollment, application management, security policies, conditional access, compliance, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, Android Enterprise, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Zero Touch Enrollment. Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and Windows Autopilot concepts and principles. Experience with Azure Active Directory (AAD) and its integration with Intune. Expertise in scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and Intune Graph API. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Collaboration and teamwork skills. Application packaging and re-signing. o Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) and its integration with Intune. Additional security expertise in mobile security best practices, threat detection, and data protection.  Experience with other MDM solutions like JAMF. o Project management skills. Microsoft Azure familiarity with core services like Azure AD, Log Analytics, and policies. Basic understanding of mobile development knowledge and frameworks. o Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and security principles. o Understanding of relevant data privacy and security regulations. o Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Manager Expert (MEM).

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and technical individual to join our team as a Microsoft Intune Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, deployment, management, and optimization of our Microsoft Intune environment. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Intune and related technologies to ensure our devices are secure, compliant, and managed effectively.

Technical Expertise: Perform deep technical configuration and management of Intune, including deployment, device enrollment, application management, security policies, conditional access, compliance, and troubleshooting. Possess extensive hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, Android Enterprise, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Zero Touch Enrollment. Demonstrate a strong understanding of MDM, MAM, and Windows Autopilot concepts and principles. Utilize expertise in scripting and automation tools like PowerShell, Intune Graph API, Power BI, and other languages to streamline processes.

The IT Architect Specialist focuses upon defining, designing, maintaining and evolving the development and implementation of architecture solutions to particular business cases in alignment with the IT architecture direction and standards.
The IT Architect Specialist performs market agnostic technical planning, architecture development and modifies specifications as well as developing specifications for new products/apps/services and assessing the compatibility and integration of products and services to ensure functionality across interdependent technologies.
Typically reports to the IT Architecture Manager or Senior IT Architecture Manager.
