About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned ODI Technical Specialist with over 5 years of experience in development and support of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ODI 11g architecture, interface design, and performance tuning, along with working knowledge of FDMEE and Python/Jython. This role demands strong PL/SQL skills, hands-on experience in L2 support activities, and the ability to manage user issues and project dependencies effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and deploy ODI interfaces, packages, and scenarios.
  • Create and schedule load plans within ODI.
  • Develop and customise knowledge modules, including packages, functions, and procedures.
  • Apply strong PL/SQL skills for query development, debugging, and performance optimisation.
  • Provide L2 support including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve user issues and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • Leverage working knowledge of FDMEE and Python/Jython to enhance integration capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.

Who you are

  • A technical SME with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ODI development and support.
  • Proficient in ODI 11g architecture and its components.
  • Skilled in PL/SQL with strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities.
  • Experienced in designing and customising knowledge modules.
  • Familiar with FDMEE and Python/Jython scripting.
  • Adept at managing L2 support activities and resolving complex issues.
  • A clear communicator with excellent customer handling skills.
