About this Role

We are seeking a Pega Technical Lead to join our ADM function in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals with strong experience in BPM application design and development, team leadership, and Agile delivery. The individual will serve as the technical point of contact for a development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, optimal design, and timely execution. The role also includes people management responsibilities and process improvement contributions.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and developing BPM applications using Pega.
  • Integrate web services and design scalable data models and frameworks.
  • Ensure end-to-end test delivery and uphold product quality standards.
  • Drive cost-efficiency and effort optimisation across delivery streams.
  • Promote process adoption, resource optimisation, and tool utilisation to enhance delivery quality.
  • Manage and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Contribute to service line quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are

  • CSSA Certified with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Pega design and development.
  • Proven experience in leading teams of 5–10 members.
  • Skilled in working with business leaders and product managers to define requirements.
  • Strong technical leadership across the development lifecycle, with a focus on best practices.
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies and team management.
  • High level of expert knowledge and independent judgement required.
  • Demonstrated ability in environment management and process enhancement.
