What you’ll do

The IT Development Specialist focuses upon the development of applications / products in line with the technology roadmap and standards. The IT Development Specialist delivers development of programme logic for new applications / products or analysis and modification of logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the Senior IT Development Manager of the Head of Technology.

Job Description

Experience - 5 to 6 years, Relevant - 4.5+ years

  •      Very good experience in testing web backend domain
  •      Very good experience in API Testing. Knowledge in HTTP (header setting, response codes)
  •      Excellent Knowledge & experience in Mobile Testing [Mobile APP Testing, Mobile Based Testing]
  •      Experience and Knowledge of Testing – Manual and  Automation frameworks (Selenium, Jmeter, Cucumber, TestNG, Cypress/JS, Playwright)
  •      Experience with Load and Performance test scripting and E-2-E automation
  •      Knowledge in scripting (bash), Basic Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL DB
  •      Experience in Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) teams
  •      Good experience / exposure in Java/Python Programing, Cloud & CI-CD-CT
  •      Hands-on experience on the tools- Eclipse IDE, Maven, Jenkins, Git

Good to Have Skills

1.Experience in TDD
2.Testing methodologies of black box, white box, system tests
3.Experience on tracing extraction on devices
4.Familiar with tracing tools (Wireshark) and ability to assess both client and NW traces
