About the Role

VOIS is looking for a seasoned Red Hat OpenShift Expert to architect, design, and lead enterprise‑grade OpenShift solutions across Data Centre and Azure environments. You will work as a Subject Matter Expert driving scalability, security, and automation for multi‑cluster, multi‑cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) solutions.
Lead ACM and ACS for multi‑cluster management & security.
Develop reference architectures, blueprints, and automation frameworks.
Drive cloud‑native, container‑based modernization initiatives.
Conduct performance tuning, security assessments & DR planning.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor engineering teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in IT with deep expertise in OpenShift, Azure Cloud & ARO.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization & cloud-native design.
  • Hands-on with Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices.
  • Experience with ACM, ACS, cluster lifecycle management & automation.
  • Preferably OpenShift certified; telecom domain experience is a plus.
