About this Role
We are seeking a Robotics Engineer to join our Technology team in Pune, supporting the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) function within VOIS. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing automation processes across both market-standard and in-house RPA products. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a background in computer science or engineering and a passion for automation and problem-solving.
What you’ll do
- Review and approve newly developed automation solutions before deployment, ensuring alignment with agreed standards.
- Maintain the production environment by applying incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders as part of daily operations.
Who you are
- Hold a graduation degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Possess 0–2 years of experience in RPA or software development.
- Have hands-on experience in at least one programming language.
- Certified or knowledgeable in UiPath.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in international, distributed teams.
- Able to influence and collaborate across various levels within Vodafone and customer organisations.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Skilled in organisation and prioritisation, with experience in planning across phases and milestones.
