About this Role
What you’ll do
- Act as the application SME to validate reported incidents and route them to appropriate support teams.
- Perform verification and validation activities for quick fixes, ensuring timely and accurate incident response.
- Conduct incident validation, rapid regression testing for hotfixes, and collaborate with support teams.
- Build strong application and business knowledge to support operational excellence.
- Work closely with development teams during refinement sessions and UAT.
- Design and implement automation frameworks aligned with project structures.
- Create, enhance, debug, and execute test cases.
- Organise and monitor defect management processes, handle changes, and conduct regression tests.
- Ensure version control and configuration management of all test objects and environments.
- Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate.
Who you are
Nice-to-have: Scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go), Unix familiarity, Selenium, Camunda, Kafka.
