About this Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce, and will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams and business analysts, with a focus on delivering high-quality, tested, and well-documented Salesforce solutions.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document solution requirements.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical designs.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for user stories and design specifications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure robust solution delivery.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend best practices to enhance existing implementations.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration and customisation, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and integration techniques.
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
- Effective communicator, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experienced in working within Agile methodologies.
- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory).
