Job Description

Role purpose: 

To support L2 and L3 Operations for OFSC application for the project.
Should support BAU incidents and Service Requests related to OFSC Application.
Perform config changes and project deployments


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

•Oracle Field Service Cloud.Unix,Sql,Shell Scripting
•Familiar with Workzones, workskills, Capacity, Quota etc.
•Experienced in Telecom domain.
•Good to have : Javascript, SQL , Unix


Must have technical/professional qualifications: 

•Oracle Field Service Cloud

Roles and Responsibilities:
•To support L2 and L3 Operations for OFSC application for the project.
•Provide support BAU incidents and Service requests.
•Perform project deployments involving application config and plugin changes. 
•Performing root cause analysis and preparing troubleshooting documents.
