About this Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Technology team in Pune. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering complex features integrated on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platforms using the Camunda Engine and BPMN business processes. You will be responsible for defining application architecture, designing and implementing scalable microservices, and mentoring junior developers. This is a greenfield project, offering a unique opportunity to shape foundational frameworks and best practices for process automation within the CARE domain.
What you will do
- Define architecture and create high-level design artefacts for process automation solutions.
- Develop and implement Java-based microservices aligned with sprint objectives.
- Lead the successful integration of Camunda BPMN processes and associated tools.
- Build proof of concepts and contribute to the development of Camunda capabilities within VOIS.
- Mentor and train Java developers to enhance their proficiency in Camunda BPMN.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand the process automation footprint in Solstice.
- Ensure high-quality code deliverables and support resolution of technical issues in shared modules.
Who you are
- Proficient in Camunda Engine, BPMN, and SOA/Microservice architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development with a solid grasp of design patterns, particularly for microservices.
- Skilled in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, with working knowledge of CI/CD tools.
- Familiar with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms, ideally Kafka.
- Holds a degree or higher qualification in Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical, technical communication, and coaching skills.
- Brings a collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and team engagement.
