Job Description

Role purpose: 
    Define/align Operational excellence for production related activities. Track them and lead by example to achieve defined KPI’s and their SLA’s
Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for Incident (unexpected events disrupting IT services) and defects (issues with products or services) within an organization. This role involves proactive monitoring, prompt response to incidents, efficient tracking and resolution of defects, and ensuring minimal business disruption. The manager will also analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement preventative measures.
•    7/24 Operational Support Incident Management Process.
•    Leading IT related customer incidents resolution processes
•    End to end reporting responsibility about IT Customer & System Incidents and Service Requests.
•    Attending and taking necessary actions for Internal and external audits for SOX, ISO and other audit types.
•    Maintenance and new development responsibility on IT Incident Dashboards/ Automations and servers.
o    Plan change implementation coor-dination with developers across all environments and analyze risk/impact of the production changes.
o    Support application upgrade and migration – Point of Contact.
o    Analyze Incidents/Defects.
o    Support problem management as applicable.
o    Application health &monitoring – Monitor/track and raise flag then drive and close.
•    Manage DevOps KPIs.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•    Good Telecom background/Knowledge.
•    Expertise in E2E application maintenance.
•    Working knowledge of Agile Methods (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, DevOps).
Must have technical/professional qualifications: 
•    Good C1/D1 functional knowledge.
•    Working knowledge of DevOps and Scrum.
