About this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation, development, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform at VOIS. This role is based in Pune or Bangalore and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. The individual will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, managing integrations, and ensuring platform stability. A strong understanding of business logic, agile methodologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to succeed in this role.
What you will do
- End-to-end development of ServiceNow applications, modules, and customisations
- Design and enhance Service Portals to ensure full coverage of platform features
- Implement and manage complex third-party integrations using web services and plugins
- Maintain and optimise CMDB and Asset Management processes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
- Align developed code with business logic and complex implementation requirements
- Create and maintain documentation for development and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and analysts to ensure seamless testing and communication
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and security protocols
- Provide training and share knowledge on ATF scripting and testing methodologies
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow developments and recommend improvements
Who you are
- A ServiceNow professional with at least 5 years of experience in development and administration
- Proficient in-Service Portal development and customisation
- Experienced in implementing complex integrations using web services and plugins
- Skilled in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript
- Familiar with SCDL workflows and agile methodologies
- A critical thinker with strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Effective communicator with experience in team leadership
- Preferably certified with ServiceNow CSA and Micro certification in Service Portal
