About this Role
We are seeking a Test Delivery Specialist with 6–10 years of experience in managing testing activities across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within telecom environments. The role involves working across Billing, Online, and Mediation systems, with a strong focus on test planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Unix, SQL, and CRM journeys, and will be familiar with structured testing methodologies and tools.
What you’ll do
- Manage testing across the full SDLC in Telco Billing, Online, and Mediation environments.
- Lead testing efforts for CRM, web/WAP portals, and middleware applications.
- Conduct system, integration, and regression testing for complex telecom systems.
- Utilise test management tools such as ALM, JIRA, and RQM.
- Apply structured test methods and processes to ensure quality and coverage.
- Perform testing on Unix-based software integrated with Oracle databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors during testing phases.
- Understand and validate basic CRM journeys in telecom customer environments.
- Execute SQL queries for data validation and support intermediate-level database testing.
- Preferably apply Amdocs/Customer Billing knowledge in relevant projects.
Who you are
- A testing professional with 6–10 years of experience in telecom environments.
- ISTQB Foundation Level certified (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Unix and SQL with hands-on experience in database testing.
- Experienced in testing CRM, Billing, Mediation, and Online Media platforms.
- Familiar with test management tools and structured testing methodologies.
- Capable of troubleshooting and validating complex user interfaces and backend systems.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Amdocs or similar customer billing systems.
