What you’ll do

The IT Business Partner for Corporate Function service line service line ensures that the right technology supports and drives business success and CFSL service line growth. This role will work closely with VOIS Corporate Function service line (covering FINOPS, SCM, HR Ops and Security operations) to identify and implement technology solutions that meet service line needs, improve processes, and drive innovation. By fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, the IT Business Partner will ensure that IT initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. Furthermore, this role will serve as the primary representative for all IT areas at the Service Line Leadership Team, ensuring comprehensive representation and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensuring that the IT strategy is in sync with the overall business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with business leaders to understand their objectives and translating these into IT requirements.
  • Technology Roadmap definition identifies opportunities where technology can enhance business processes, improve efficiency, or create competitive advantages.
  • Recommending Solutions: Proposing and advocating for technological solutions that can address business challenges or improve service delivery.
  • System Optimization: Ensuring that existing IT systems are fully utilized and optimized to meet business needs. Working on continuous improvement of business processes through the use of technology.
  • Change Management: Facilitating Adoption: Helping business units adopt new technologies and processes through training and support.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Cost Control: Ensuring that IT expenditures are aligned with the business budget and deliver value.

Who you are

Key accountabilities and decision ownership 

  • Define together with the business the VOIS Corporate Function service line, their IT strategy and target architecture. Prioritize business and technology set up & operations; reviews technology portfolio in alignment with Tech strategy and business non-functional needs; eliminate waste and fills gaps
  • Foster relationships between IT and business units, serving as a bridge, ensuring that both sides understand each other's needs, priorities, and challenges, helping to build trust and open communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the business and the IT department and local markets to manage demand and oversee project delivery. This focuses on portfolio prioritization resource effective allocation.
  • Directly responsible for partnering with CFSL team management, Go To Market and Transformation team to define and define technology propositions for Commercial Tower.
  • Manage the IT budget for CFSL Tower, ensuring that IT spending aligns with business priorities. This involves monitoring expenses, forecasting costs, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining service quality and innovation

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Extensive and strong experience in IT systems in the corporate functions area – ERP (SAP), SCM, HR systems,  interaction center , architectures, and emerging technologies especially GenAI and Automation.
  • Experience and background with FINOPS, SCM, HROps systems, processes, risk management processes, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
  • Competence in identifying opportunities for technology change, managing and facilitating change within an organization, especially related to IT systems and processes. The ability to lead through periods of transformation and ensure successful adoption of new technologies or processes is critical.
  • Strong communication and managerial  skills, ability to motivate and inspire others, able to deal with customers, employees and vendors
  • Result-oriented and proven track record of relevant past achievements in driving and improving business results through technology implementation

Requirements

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • 5+ years of architecture or IT product management roles in corporate function area. Experience with SAP and Automation tools.
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud architecture design principles (e.g., elasticity, scalability, and high availability).
  • Knowledge of integrating diverse IT systems, platforms, and services. Familiarity with  integration patterns (e.g., API-based, microservices, service-oriented architecture (SOA)) and integration tools (e.g., middleware, ESBs)
  • Leadership skills, creating alignment by sharing an inspiring vision, aligning multiple stakeholders with different interests, delegation and empowerment, asking for input before making decisions and reframing
  • Desirable to have TOGAF or ITIL certifications
