About this Role
What you will do
- Plan and manage the release lifecycle, including scheduling, coordination, and deployment.
- Collaborate with IT operations and development teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Lead release readiness and post-release reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate project timelines, requirements, and updates across cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate resources and schedules based on third-party applications, defect backlogs, and infrastructure updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact release timelines or quality.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and enhance release processes.
- Conduct CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings to review release plans and address roadblocks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on release procedures, dependencies, and notifications.
- Provide weekly updates on release activities and lead Go-Live efforts.
Who you are
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Proven experience in managing release cycles and coordinating across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
- Proficient in Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or HP ALM is desirable.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
