Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client's business needs and develop technical solutions using Workato platform
  • Design and implement integrations between various systems using Workato
  • Create workflows and recipes to automate business processes
  • Troubleshoot and debug any issues in system integrations and automations
  • Document technical designs, procedures, and configurations
  • Provide training and support for clients on Workato platform and integrations
  • Keep up to date with latest features and updates on Workato platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery 
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in integration development.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Workato platform and its features, including connectors, recipes, and workflows
  • Experience of Agile delivery methodologies, understanding of SAFe would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices
  • Knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation, and ETL processes
