Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Site Acquisition & Project Management: You lead assigned acquisition projects across site acquisition, property management, and commercialization, creating and maintaining structured project schedules and resource plans.
  • Contract & Lease Negotiation: You take ownership of negotiating, executing, and managing lease and usage agreements with property owners for telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Legal Compliance & Approvals: You ensure full legal validity of contracts and compliance with municipal/regulatory approval guidelines, balancing quality requirements with cost-effectiveness.
  • Vendor Monitoring & Quality Handover: You monitor and accept site acquisition deliverables provided by external partners, ensuring smooth handovers to downstream execution and deployment teams.
  • Budget Ownership & Tracking: You manage project- and technology-specific rollout budgets while respecting all economic, technical, and legal constraints.

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Educational Background: Degree in Real Estate, Business Law, Engineering, or a related technical/legal discipline.
  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mobile site acquisition, real estate operations, or telecommunications lease management.
  • Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of property law and real estate workflows, accompanied by high proficiency in MS Excel and tracking/database platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, paired with confident communication and negotiation skills when dealing with landlords and public authorities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken German (C1) and good English (B2) communication skills.

 

At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Stuttgart/Eschborn.
