D&IT Demand Budget Planning Specialist
What you’ll do
Manage local Digital & IT demands fulfilment and budget planning, execution tracking and reporting in close cooperation with Management, Finance and Business stakeholders (Consumer, Enterprise, Customer Care/Experience units) and Group counterpart.
Job Responsibilities
- D&IT SPOC to manage and drive the Annual Capex & Opex Budget Planning process for D&IT driven demands in close cooperation with Finance and business units.
- Conduct comprehensive demand & portfolio/budget management for all D&IT related projects.
- Manage local D&IT demand fulfilment and ensure their deliveries in close cooperation with all involved stakeholders.
- Budget execution/consumption tracking on regular basis and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders to showcase the budget view in detail.
- Reporting for D&IT Demands Portfolio, Budgeting execution, recurring status updates for local and EU Cluster level.
- Manage relationships with all involved stakeholders aiming successfully budget executions/deliveries.
- Act as D&IT interface to Business functions, local Finance and EU Cluster counterpart.
- Capture priorities and ensure progress tracking for periodical financial reviews/reporting.
- Preparing the yearly TCO report – IT Total Cost Ownership.
- Manage all budget transfers for D&IT budget portfolio through regular alignment with Finance, Group, Vendors.
- Manage e2e the purchase orders process starting with PO submission, good receipt etc.
- Create and maintain a library/SharePoint of Demands Budget documentation and progress on key objectives/strategies.
Main Key Performance Indicators:
- Execution and Management of Annual Capex & Opex DB Planning targets.
- Ensure consolidation and delivery of outcome to local business units in due course.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and reports delivery to Senior Management.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field of study of Finance, Economics, Business Informatics.
- Proven experience in Finance Budget Management activities/Demands Portfolio Budget Management area.
- Preferred comprehensive knowledge of Telecommunication mobile/fixed Products and Services currently in market
