Your contribution:
- Maintain relationship with municipalities and manage all aspects of complying with conditions of approvals from municipalities for installation, operation and maintenance of facilities and networks.
- Manage roll-out concepts with municipalities, mayors etc.
- Represent Vantage Towers while actively solving problems on the ground
- Coordinate with land development and regional strategy teams to incorporate permitting timelines and risks into business decisions
- Communicate permitting requirements and related development risks or impacts to diverse internal stakeholders, including legal, design, construction and operations teams.
- Maintain and prepare necessary permitting records and reports
- Support acquisition team in difficult cases and deployment regional teams to secure Deployment Targets achievement.
What makes you stand out:
- Three to five plus (3-5+) years of experience in acquiring land use permits, site acquisitions
- Three to five plus (3-5+) years of experience in permitting in the wireless or related industry
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and Negotions skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience in wireless, telecommunications, construction, and/ or public utility is required
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal teams, environmental consultants, attorneys, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Permitting and compliance planning experience for site development
